One to One or One to small group Yoga and Chair Yoga for seniors in residential care homes and one to one Chair Yoga.
Prices (as of 2026)
£13 drop in, Stroud Yoga Space or block of 6 to 8, when available £66 to £88), all other classes are £12 drop in and £10 per class when block booking.
Residential care homes, £60 per a 45 minute session. Sit and Stretch sessions include singing, caring touch (with consent) and laughter.
